Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located across the street from the entrance to FIU North Campus. Our address is: 15090 Biscayne Blvd North Miami Beach Fl 33181. We are next door to Walgreens.

What are your hours of operation?

Our doctor appointment hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:00am-4:00pm, Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm, Friday 10:00am-1:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm. We have a technician available from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Saturday for patient admittance and discharge. The practice is closed to the public on Sunday. Please call 305 945-1223 to book a convenient appointment time or you may use our on-line appointment scheduler to request a date and time.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY, call 305 649-1234, Knowles Animal Clinic located in Central Miami or 954 920-3556, Hollywood Animal Hospital in Hollywood.

Do you offer any payment plans?

We provide inhouse financing options: No credit check, you will need a vaild U.S. issued ID card, Drivers License or passport. A debit card issued from any U.S. bank the debit card must be attached to your checking account and your checking account number. Payment plan options must be discussed in advance of services being rendered, please contact the office for inquiries. We can also assist you in securing financing options through www.carecredit.com. Please view their website for additional information or call the practice for more details. We request that you pay for services provided at the time of your pet’s visit. If you have any questions about our payment policy, please feel free to ask.

We recommend that you include the cost of veterinary care in your annual expenses. However, we understand that this sometimes isn’t possible. If you contact us ahead of time, we can help you determine ways to keep costs down and stay within your budget. We do offer Pet Wellness Plans for preventive veterinary care the payments are spread out over 12 months. The staff will work with you to come up with a cost-effective plan to keep your pet current on vaccinations and other necessary services.

We do accept major credit cards, as well as veterinary insurance plans, which can help cover many routine and emergency services.

Why can’t my pet see the same veterinary technician each time we visit?

We make every effort to accommodate our clients’ requests. However, there may be circumstances that prevent a certain veterinary team member from being available during your pet’s visit. Scheduling conflicts, emergency situations, and vacation schedules all play a role in their availability. Please feel free to ask for a specific veterinary technician when you schedule your appointment, and we will do what we can to facilitate your request. However, please be understanding if we can’t. All of our team members are highly skilled professionals who look forward to your pet’s visit.

Can I call and have you fax a copy of my pet’s rabies certificate and proof of vaccinations to the kennel where my pet will be staying?

We’d be happy to send proof of vaccination to your pet’s kennel. Just let us know the fax number. Remember you can also access your pet’s vaccination records from your ePethealth app or print a Pet ID Card by visiting www.archcreekanimalclinic.com and logging into your account.
